PLEASE include your order number in the subject line.
Please include any instructions you have in the message.

It is important that you choose a photo that you like and are comfortable with. Preferably high resolution and make sure the face is clear, unobstructed and well lit. Close ups are best. You can send more than one if you like and I will choose what works best.

PROCESS:

After I get your image I will hand drawn the illustration and send you a proof to your email. Please note that if I don't get a response within 8 hours after I sent the proof, I will automatic produce and ship the case.
You get 1 free edit. After that each edit will be an additional $3.

Rectification

I wrote a review yesterday giving a rating of 1 star as I had originally received the phone case in the incorrect size and was told the matter would be rectified but 3 weeks later no new phone case had arrived. I am happy to report that today, the phone case was delivered and the graphic is exactly as we were hoping.
